We serve applications on a first-come, first-serve basis. Our rooms are currently full but please fill out or download an application to join our waiting list

How Are we Different?

Rent is based on your current income and includes:

  • Your own private room with a 1/2 bath and cable TV.

  • 3 Meals a day, every day of the year.

  • Housekeeping, laundry, janitorial & maintenance services

  • All utilities paid.

  • Use of a community phone

  • If needed, basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, toothpaste and other miscellaneous toiletries.
