How Are we Different?
Rent is based on your current income and includes:
Your own private room with a 1/2 bath and cable TV.
3 Meals a day, every day of the year.
Housekeeping, laundry, janitorial & maintenance services
All utilities paid.
Use of a community phone
If needed, basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, toothpaste and other miscellaneous toiletries.

We do not accept sex offenders or those with violent criminal offenses on their records.
